Unbeatable coastal location

Camelot is located literally feet from the sea wall, on a peninsular occupied only by one other dwelling. It has 180 degree views of the sea, dunes and further headlands.

From the satelite photo above, Camelot is the buliding furthest North (with the larger Boat Club building to the left, and other cottage (Gorwell) to the right. The Boat Club is the larger building to the left.

At high tide the area occupied by boats is fully underwater and perfect for boating.

At low tide it is possible to cross the river to the sand bank opposite and on to the sand dunes and beach - only a few hundred yards away. Perfect for swimming, sunbathing, picnics, games, flying kites...

The beauty of the uninterrupted view of the sunset over the sea in the West has to be seen to be believed (picture taken from the wall of the cottage).
